Consider: Does the ownership or the distribution of stipulated child pornography denote a moral offense that warrants reconstitution compensation to its "victims" - virtual underage girls or mature porn actors posing as children? Did the owners of Amy's photos execute any form of direct aggression that has resulted in harm? Were those photos taken consensually?

The final question was not answered in this article despite its unquestionable pertinence to the case in determining the nature of these 'damages' inflicted. Such a culture of histrionic victimization would, by no great extension of imagination or thought, lead possible abuse of legislative law and exploitation of civil liberties for material benefit. This law of restitution compensation should be thoroughly be reexamined. I do hope that local policy makers and enforcers would not succumb to popular outcries of "Name and Shame Pedophiles", and be utterly judicious in the execution or penning of this law.
