In November 2006, the Ministry of Home Affairs released a draft Penal Code (Amendment) Bill along with a Consultation Paper on the proposed amendments. Names of the short-listed participants will be released next week (week of 22nd January). The short-listed participants will then proceed to present their papers at the Symposium, which will be held in the week of 12th February.
